Seller said he sent the memory on 10/8/02. The memory arrived on 10/15/02 postmarked 10/11/02. Since my upgrade was time sensitive, it arrived too late. The seller was very cooperative and gave a complete refund. He even offered for me to keep the RAM. I accepted the refund but returned the memory. Seller also explained that he gives his packages to someone else to send and he honestly thought that the RAM was sent on 10/8/02.
